At The Fleece Company, we want you to be completely cozy with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with the packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully fold your fleece products and place them back into their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
